ABOUT ME
My name is Andrine Aalvik, I’m 24 years old and based in Oslo. I’ve always been drawn to creative expression – whether it’s visual storytelling, design, or simply finding new ways to bring ideas to life.
Design started as a hobby for me, something I did out of pure curiosity and joy. Over time, it grew into a natural part of who I am. I find inspiration in everyday details, strong visual identities, and the feeling that good design just makes sense.
Today, I spend my time exploring graphic design, branding, and creative concepts – constantly learning, evolving, and experimenting. For me, it’s about more than just aesthetics; it’s about capturing a mood, telling a story, and creating something that feels true.

As Social Media Manager at CASPARA, I am responsible for developing and executing the brand’s content strategy across Instagram and other digital platforms. My work includes planning and creating visual content, writing engaging captions, coordinating content calendars, and maintaining a cohesive brand identity. I collaborate closely with the founder to align communication with the brand’s values and aesthetics. Through data-driven insights and consistent visual storytelling, I aim to build community, drive engagement, and strengthen CASPARA’s digital presence. -
May 2023 – June 2024
Led the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across email and banner formats for B2B clients. Created annual campaign strategies and utilized Salesforce and Marketing Cloud for reporting, campaign setup, and customer journeys via email and call lists. Oversaw the full campaign lifecycle—from planning to post-campaign analysis. -
December 2022 – January 2023
I managed customer service via phone and email, coordinated order processing through Shopify and Zalando, and handled packaging and shipping. Additionally, I contributed to the company’s Instagram holiday campaign by designing engaging graphics that strengthened its online presence. -

Delivered personalized and professional customer service to enhance satisfaction and drive sales. Created a welcoming and approachable shopping experience by engaging in meaningful conversations with customers. -
December 2019 – September 2020
Greeted and assisted customers with product selection and purchases. Used a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and recommend relevant items. Trained new staff in customer service, cash handling, and store operations. Responsibilities also included inventory checks, pricing, applying discounts, and following up with customers by phone. -

Supported customers through the buying process with a focus on tailored service and product recommendations. Trained new employees in key store procedures and managed the company’s social media channels. Maintained a flexible schedule and frequently took on extra shifts to meet business needs.
